Validating SNP data (conflict.f90)
Program contributed by Paul Van Raden of USDA to validate SNP data prior to use in solvers is available now from public area as conflict.f90.
This program also requires the subroutine in chktrio.f90
4 Solvers added to public site
4 solvers that create SNP effects from SNP data have been added to the public area for downloading. Go to the filemanager tab at the top of this page and navigate to public
These have been tested and are those used in the recent presentation given by Raph Mrode at WCGALP.
Note the files require Dgen.f
Genomicselection.net is back!
The site has now been protected from webbots that have been automatically adding users then posting dodgy links to dodgy sites. This has been prevented by requiring new users to answer a challenge on registration.
